    Focusing on the deeper layers of muscles, this massage uses firm pressure to release chronic pain patterns and tension throughout your body. You can choose full body or target areas where your stress and tension accumulate. For a full-body overhaul, we recommend the 90 min service.

  • PRENATAL MASSAGE

    This gentle massage nurtures both mother and baby by improving circulation and lymph flow. Gentle pressure will reduce swelling and discomfort, especially in the lower back. Pillows are provided for added comfort and increased relaxation. You will be cradled in a sense of peace and balance. The choice of expectant mothers beyond the 1st trimester of pregnancy. Precious.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

What is Post-Op MLD?

The edema that occurs post surgery or injury is an abundance of interstitial fluid. This is fluid that needs to find its way back to the circulatory system. When surgeries are done, more specifically plastic surgery or lymph nodes removed, the normal route that fluid moves through the body can be obstructed. Managing the edema with MLD allows the body to heal faster and can prevent secondary injuries and fibrosis from occurring. 

Is MLD Painful?

NO! We are skillfully trained in the Vodder Technique, which is THE most effective MLD technique to date. The Vodder Technique is gentle and rhythmic -- meant to move superficial fluids. This technique is NOT painful and is often described as soothing and relaxing

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

Treatment sessions and durations are based on your specific needs, goals, and/or procedure.
It is recommended to receive 2-3 MLD sessions per week as soon as 24-48 hours post procedure depending on what you have had done.

Time is valuable-- Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made prior to 24hrs of your appointment time. If canceling or rescheduling within 24hrs of you scheduled appointment time, your 50% deposit is not refunded.
